David G. Anderson, MD

Dr. David Anderson earned his medical degree at New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. He completed his internship and residency in General Surgery at the Westchester County Medical Center in Valhalla, NY and his fellowship training in Laparoscopic Surgery at the Baptist Hospital in Miami, FL.

Dr. Anderson is certified by the National Board of American Examiners and the American Board of Surgery. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons, American Medical Association, Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons, American Society of Bariatric Surgeons, and the South Carolina Surgical Society.

Current surgical interests and expertise include Laparoscopic, Bariatric, Colon and Intestinal, Breast, and Varicose Vein surgery.

Locations

Dr. Anderson practices in two locations. Patients who are part of the St. Francis Surgical Weight Loss Program are seen at the eastside location, and general surgery patients can be seen at either the eastside or downtown office.
